Decommission Fire Place and Coal Range

Needing to have my open fire and coal range sealed up. I would like to be able to unseal them in future, so just need some plywood fastened to the openings - no need to seal off the actual chimneys. I have a range of other small/medium handyman jobs that need to be done also - so opportunity for other work if wanted
