Fix wardrobe doors in bedroom 3 - it keeps coming off the rollers. Hot water cylinder, where the pipe passes through the wall to be sealed. Loose nails/rivets on roof of garage and ridge flashings to be fixed. Seal any leaking joints on the spouting. Silicone needs to be applied around the base of the shower door in the ensuite to protect water from getting into framing (? also add waterproof panel to wall outside shower). Add magnetic closure on shower door of ensuite, and possibly add rubber strip to bottom of door to stop water coming out (depending on practicality). Seal any cracks in the exterior plaster surrounding windows.
