Requesting quotes for repairing wall and ceiling damaged by water. I can post phots but rather an assessment in person. Jobs required are: Kitchenette - Remove and replace GIB to ceiling, nogging as needed. - Remove and replace GIB to wall, nogging as needed. - Remove and replace skirtings as needed. - Remove and replace toe kick and end panel. - Stop and sand the new GIB. - Seal and paint the ceiling, wall and new skirtings. - Drop down and refit one light and one power point. - Disconnect and reconnect sink in bench unit. - Remove and re-fit existing benchtop. Bathroom - Remove and replace GIB to ceiling, nogging as needed. - Stop and sand GIB to ceiling. - Seal and paint ceiling. - Drop down and refit one light
