Hang punching/ boxing bag from ceiling

I have a 20kg punching bag that I would like hung from my garage ceiling. There is easy access up into the roof from a pull down ladder in the garage, very close to where I would like the bag hung. Not sure if there would need to be some sort of reinforcing to take the weight of the bag.
