Hi, I have a two story rental property in Tauranga. It is a Cedar clad Initial home from the 1990's era. It has a number of rotting fascia boards that need replacing and a paint. The job will require scaffolding. While the scaffolding is up it would be good to re-stain the cedar at that level and do any remedial work that is required
