Gate and small jobs

We would like to arrange for a board and batten gate to match an exisiting gate on the other side of our property. Several other small jobs which are: Fix existing gate from sticking when rain causes it to swell. Fix indoor cavity slider that doesn’t line up with lock. Fix kitchen draws that are push open and close that aren’t opening easily.
