Picture hanging at height

I’d like to know how much it would cost to hire someone to help me hang a picture. I’ve tried a few Google searches and no one will reply! Here’s the rub… it’s 60x48”. It needs 4 screws putting into the plywood sheet wall (level) to hang on. It’s 4,5 metres off the ground above the kitchen cabinetry (not strong enough to stand on; ladder must go over these). I have a ladder you can use and I have the screws for the wall. All I need is your time and strength. Thanks!
