Lionel was a consummate professional. The job turned into a 'bigger than Ben-Hur' production, involving multiple contractors and many headaches for Lionel but he kept his cool, delivered an excellent outcome and in the end, at no cost to me (manufacturer issue). Highly recommend Lionel and intend to contract him on a regular basis to fix all of those pesky jobs I'm not capable of. Thank you Lionel!
