I have approx 6 minor joint cracks. The cladding is 7mm Harditex coated with a thin stucco layer. The house is approx 30 years old ( not a leaky house from the use of Harditex)

Exact scope to be determined but definitely some framing, lining and finishing of walls, including covering over an old fireplace; repairing damage to walls, preparing for painting, rehanging or replacing doors, installing new shower cubicle and washing line. Would like to work with someone who has experience working on rental properties. Wanting to start asap.
