Need to change the deck

I have a deck which has untreated Mac as decking timber. It has been done approx 10 years ago and needs replacing. The construction the deck is on is made from steel. I would prefer to have composite decking material, preferable something which does not get slippery. I also want a railing around the deck and a redesign of the steps including a ramp and a railing to hold on to. The deck is 5.4 m by 3.6 m, there is also a covered verandah on the same level which is 1.8 by 9.0 m.
