Re cladding and outdoor window repair

Hello! I have 3 things that need doing around our house that I’m hoping to get sorted. 1. We have an old wood box on the outside of our house. I understand this is not watertight so the box needs to be removed and that section of the house recladded. 2. Our house has these awful stones on the outside that have started to separate from the outside of the house. In one corner, it looks like a part of the cladding has been removed from the house. Not really sure what is involved here but I assume the section needs to be recladded. 3. It appears there is some visible rotting on the outside of on one of our window frames. Really just interested to see what needs to be done here as I assume it needs to be fixed. Would love to know how much these things will cost to get repaired. I have put 1, 2 or 3 on the attached photos to show what point above each picture relates to. Thanks in advance 🙂
