Job description
I need someone to do some of the final tasks in a renovation. Window re-puttying, insulation laying, putting up curtain rails, install extractor fan, couple of bits of mouldings, etc.

I was not there, but sent a list of jobs to be done. I was not happy with how the jobs were carried out. Illogical decisions made and things done that I didn't ask for, leading to wasted time and money, as I had to undo some of what had been done and several of the tasks I set remained not done. Overall, not someone who can get on with it without supervision. He did not tell me that he'd broken a window (two panes) and I paid him (at his insistence) before I realised.
