New bathroom floor

Current floor is concrete and too low, needs new floor laid on top ?timber. The floor also slopes - ie buildup required at one end. I also need help putting new vanity in once floor is level and raised so basic plumbing know how would be good,and to secure wooden cupboard unit to one of the walls. Another potential job is to replace windows in bedrooms with french doors and build a small deck outside. I have not yet purchased french doors and will need advice about size. I would prefer a local tradesperson.
