Full strip out of kitchen and bathroom. Install new. All kitchen cabinetry modular. No structural changes involved, other than installing lower ceiling in both for electrical cabling and pipe work. Bathroom to install shower, toilet and vanity. Could suit small team inbetween builds- approx 10 days work. Need to work in with other trades, available @ 15-30th July.
