The pole on my rotary clothesline has broken, causing the clothesline to fall over. As the top assembly of the clothesline is in fairly good condition, I would like to replace the pole and transfer the existing assembly onto the new pole. I'd do it myself except that the base of the pole is concreted in place and I can't get it out...
