Deck Mould Removal

We have some new decking that has been installed, but it has not been oiled yet. The recent humid weather has caused small black spots to grow just under the surface of the timber across a couple of the decks. We are looking for someone to treat the timber for mould and to rinse and to powerwash the product from the deck. We have been recommended Dryden and Cutek products for this job - happy to supply this or have the tradesperson supply this and invoice us. There is one larger deck to treat (4mx6m), two smaller ones (2.5mx3m and a U-shaped deck surrounding 3 rooms which is roughly 1mx10m long) and our entranceway (3mx1.5m). If this job could be done before Christmas it would be amazing, but understand this might not be reasonable given how close we are to the date. :) We are also happy to have the person oil the decking for us as part of the job, though this is something we can tackle ourselves if time is tight. One consideration for anyone who takes on this job is that we have new readylawn and garden which has been installed nearby, so these areas will need to be carefully covered/worked around to ensure it isn't damaged by any foot traffic or chemicals used in the process.
