Help me achieve my gardening vision

I've recently had surgery which has rendered me useless. 1. Some irrigation needs fixing and extending. 2. I have an idea of a path using gum tree trunk rounds. See first photo as an example 3. I would like someone to make me a low wattle fence (fence woven with willow sticks aboout 30cm high). See second photo for an example. And fourth & fifth photos of where I want it in my garden. 4.
