We have three jobs to be done: 1. Bulb fell to bits when trying to remove. Has left the screw in bit there, I haven't been able to remove. Have attached photo although probably can't tell a lot from it. 2. Outside tap leaking. 3. Would like a latch supplied and fitted to the back door.
