Mounting an auto wind hose reel

I would like to have an auto wind hose reel (30m hose) attached to my house wall which is brick cladding. the hose reel would be fully assembled and comes with brackets and bolts (4x). The job would be to drill holes in the brick wall and professionally fix the hose reel to the wall. All Materials and tools need to be provided by the builder. A professional indemnity insurance would need to be in place to protect you and my property, when a problem occurs.
