Get house ready for market - several projects

What we need urgently to prepare our house for the market is: Repair and resurface of asphalt driveway and new grid over drain. Scrape crack open on exposed aggregate slab, fill that with sealant and reseal the slab. We need to put the trellises back up The one support pole has pulled scew thought, so we need a new pole there. And stain the trellises to match roof of house. Stain the smooth fence by our bedroom (we have stainer) Remove oil stainer on garage doors best possible on restain. Have pavers laundry door at back to garage door to dustbin. Ways to do these: Perhaps box footpath and have small round stones (that you can step on) between the pavers. Or similar solution. Create a box garden for the magnolia's and a small deck. (Small garden by bedroom) Repair main lawn with pieces taken from the other areas. And then lay ready turf at the outside front from the letter box till the corner by the cherry tree (by the road sign) Washing line Internal repairs: Replace basin Buff kitchen tops Clean carpets Repair pantry door frame repair doorframe of slider by dining room repair nails in shower and touch up with paint Clean air vents inside and outside Repair and paint window sill in ensuite
