toilet removal, and laundry re-vamp

1)We would like an old toilet removed from a cupboard near our laundry area. 2)We would then like a new floor to cover that area (approx. 3x4feet (very small space). We are going to turn that area into a cleaning cupboard. 3)Next we would like a laundry tub removed, and a countertop installed over the laundry machines. Thank you for your interest.
