Following a building inspection of home there is several issues requiring attention. The shower room sub floor waterproof membrane requires further inspection as a leak was detected, a remote controlled robot camera would be helpful for this. 2 piles require stainless steel brackets, roof iron in garage has a hole.

Terry was a pleasure to deal with, prompt with all communications, explained what work was required, and completed the work within days of receiving quote. Work involved siliconing and sealing bathroom tiles, repairing an aluminium door, repairing cracks to concrete in garage floor and waterproofing a hole in garage roof. The work completed was professional and to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Terry.
