External Cladding Repair & Replacement

We've observed that the external cladding (weatherboard) around the house has several cracked or missing sections. These issues need to be addressed with replacements to restore the lower half of the house to a weather-tight condition. Additionally, we have identified holes in the soffit that need to be patched. The timber surrounding the crawlspace also requires patching to ensure it is secure and intact. I have attached photos to provide a clearer understanding of the repairs needed. I just need an estimate for now. I'll be reaching out separately to provide the address.
