Late 60's mid century home, rotten weatherboards need replacing, rotting timer widow frames need replacing, also wanting quotes for double glazing for all windows, happy to consider replacing with aluminium frames with double glazing. Also needing repairs in bathroom, floors possibly need to be replaced, new gib, new shower box and shower, new vanity. Would like to work with one builder/carpenter for everything please. No photos at present but happy to provide on request.
