Folding door repair & garage door adjustment

Hi, I have an wooden interior concertina door and the rubber strip down each side has come out of the groove on the sides which attach to the walls. Hard to explain - hope the photo shows it up! The rest of the door is in good conditon. I also have a garage door and the last few inches have come out of the groove. (as per photo) An estimate of cost to fix would be appreciated. Cheers
