Ongoing casual handyman work on Rotorua Residential properties

I'm looking for a reputable and experienced handyman who can take care of everything from painting to installing ground vapour barriers. Current tasks include building a hatch to get under an elevated house that's boarded on all side, replacing silicone in a shower and painting an interior wall. Needs to be professional and insured and preferably with an understanding of the need to accommodate tenants with access notice. We currently have around 35 properties in our portfolio.
