TV (flatscreen) bracket to be installed on wall

I just need a flatscreeen TV bracket put on a bedroom wall to hang a 32" screen TV. Should only be a 10 or so minute job. Must be a tidy and securely done job. Also require the Freeview to be installed on that TV (I have the box).
