Karl was professional in his dealings with us, he responded quickly and communicated throughout the job as required. Extra wood was needed and called us before progressing. He sent photos through of the previous unseen 'rotten timber' so we were able to make a quick decision as to proceed or not. Happy to recommend and have him back to do more work.
