Water Damage Repairs

Laundry Tub had a leak that went unnoticed due. This caused water damage to the wall directly behind the laundry tub. Framework appears to be ok, but a professional opinion is required. I have run an industrial dehumidifier for 4 days to dry out the area once the wet plaster board had been removed and the area has been exposed for some weeks to further dry out. I believe the scope of work to be: Framework repairs (minimal) New GIB, Plaster/Stopping, Waterproofing Paint New Tiling/Waterproofing New laundry tub + installation The work will be completed under my insurance claim for the water damage. Note - photos show framework immediately after the plasterboard has been removed. The wood has since dried and does not appear to be wet/rotten.
