Rotten wood under ranch slider

There is some rotten framing under my ranch slider that is also effecting the inside door frame. Would love to hear some solution options. Not sure if the door needs to come out or not. Access to under the house is not impossible but not totally simple. Don't care for the tiles, just wanting the rotten wood sorted.

Craig from CAC has a lot of knowledge about structural issues and weather tightness which came in handy as we navigated a difficult problem. Craig was very flexible as we encountered multiple issues and was always able to adapt and come up with cost effective solutions which ended up saving me a lot. The work was completed with very high quality with a lot of attention to detail. I'll be working again with Craig for any new issues!
