Urgent! Various repair n replacement jobs (fence,door,window,electric,concrete)

I would like to get quotes for incomplete work for a new built before the settlement date, which falls on Tuesday 14th December. Following are the pending work. Sample pictures are attached. 1. Gate to access backyard with steps. Image of current fence attached. 2. The gaps between the skirting and the tiles in whole downstairs needs to be sealed to stop water getting into the wall when mopping. Approximately 40m. 3. There are few scratch marks on kitchen island. Can we polish to get rid of marks? 4. Laying grass (16 square meters) - no photo attached 5. Faulty exhaust fan - making a noise when it runs. 6. New soap/shampoo holders for showers in two bathrooms. - no photo attached 7. Neighbour build a fence partially covering the front wall of the house. How much would it cost to remove and replace. (2m length) 8. Concrete base for heat pump exhaust unit. Refer image 9. One of the sliding doors is brushing against the roller blinds. 10. Faulty power socket. 11. Damaged switch replacement. 12. Align and tighten 3 windows. They open two fast now. 13. Pressure of the shower drops when open the tap in sink. Please help to adjust the water pressure. 14. Cost of replacing the main entrance door. Door was poorly handled and there are two scratch marks in front and back. 15. Kitchen sink pull out shower head does not retract all the way back. 16.
