New Ensuite

We have a 3x2M laundry beside our bedroom. We would like to change this in an ensuite. There is no door from bedroom to laundry so that has to be made. There is already an old toilet (side trap through wall) and we would like to use the same location for the new toilet but preferably with the pipe through the floor. The bathroom needs tiling for floor and walls. We would like a frame-less shower cubicle and a vanity. We would like to hear from you if you can help with the code of compliance as we want to be sure it will be done the legal way.
