Refit door on hinges (bottom hinges need moving slightly to fit) Clean/water-blast small front porch decking (approx. 1m x 3m). Usual timber tongue and groove style decking. Remove and replace water damaged skirting of one wall, including sourcing skirting (approx. 3m). Skirting is usual small kind for 90s home (ie nothing unusual or fancy).
