Job description
With all of the rain last weekend I had an issue with my rental property in Wellsford... The property has internal guttering and at the time there was a blockage in the down-pipe, which resulted in the water overflowing into the roof space. Eventually, I got a call from my tenant when a part of the ceiling above the bath in the bathroom fell in and all of the water came gushing through the roof into the bath. Within a couple of hours we had the down-pipe unblocked and there is now no issue with water in the ceiling space, so we just need to repair the damage done. As shown in the pictures, a part of the ceiling will require replacement and painting, and the walls in that immediate area may require repainting as it looks like the water has damaged the paint.
