A few little jobs to make a difference...

Hole 10-12cm wide in ceiling. Exterior door needs temporary fix to make a little more water tight. Several holes in walls that have been unprofessionally filled could perhaps use a tidy up. Some materials available on-site include: Suitable material for ceiling, paint, and filler. Could be other small jobs. Needed complete by 28th. Quote for kitchen repair (water damage) would be welcome as a separate job.
