Hot Water Tank - low water pressure

Hi We have a tenanted property and recently the tenant has noticed the hot water pressure being a bit low through the shower mixer. Seems to be ok in the kitchen sink and wash basin. The hot water cylinder is low pressure, I believe. We are looking for a qualified plumber to advise us of a reasonable and cost effective solution options. Is it a plumbing pipe issue? Is it to do with the water cylinder that might need to be changed? Anything else? Happy to share the address once I hear back Our request from the tradesperson is to quote us with: 1. Solution options along with cost of material and labour 2. Time to start and complete 3. Photos/video before and after job is completed 4. Tradesperson to have Public and product liability insurance cover 5. Invoice presented for payment on completion We can organise viewings for shortlisted tradespersons at designated time slots that are acceptable to the tenants. Thanks much Shivani
