Job description
I have a rental property that is in between tenants and requires a few handyman task to be completed. 4A Albion St, Waitangirua. Ideal date: Tuesday 8th June, between 10am - 1pm They include: Install new curtain rods (3 bedrooms, Lounge and Dining Room) - rods supplied Install x1 smoke alarm - alarm supplied Replace / fix two wardrobe door handles - not supplied (please see pics) Replace / fix two electrical plug plates - not supplied (please see pic) Patch a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen cupboard Bog / fill lounge window frame / rot Appreciate someone that can do this work all on Tuesday 8th June and within the timeframe I will be at the property. Happy with the work completed which were various jobs including installing curtain rods, patching a hole in ceiling, installing smoke alarm, replacing plug face plates and replacing broken door handles. Friendly, flexible and kept to the schedule.
