DO NOT HIRE! This builder has cause nothing but grief and money! He was hired back in October to complete work on my bathroom. Come December, you would think he would be finish?? Yes I did not put a time frame on this job but you would think if someone was hired back in October come December, work would be completed if he did an HONEST day's work. He doesn't know what an honest day's work is. He would turn up on site when he felt like it. Stay anything between half an hour to an hour and then disappear for a few days. I had other trade men on site who confirm this as on a daily bases after work I would check in on his progress, which was heart reaching. Nothing was really done!. He ruin my good carpet. He was cutting material inside my open plan living living room and kitchen. I have to get my sofa commercially clean. He left my house completely unlock. Sliding door on deck wide open with curtain pulled back for all the neighbours to see. He was meant to meet me a couple of times for meetings and didn't show. No text or phone call to say he was unable to meet. I paid him to use top of the line gibb especially for bathrooms only to be inform by another Builder that the gibb that he has used is not the correct material. It is a knock off product. He has damaged the panel for the glass shower screen that the glass slides into. The walls in the bathroom are not straight as I have a qualified Tiler come in and view his work. Was told "Unacceptable quaility. Slap happy". Tilers words. He told me that my walls were ready to be painted. I know myself they weren't as you need to sand the plaster back before painting which I had to do. Part of the wall wasn't even plastered correctly. This list is probably going to grow as I have a trusted builder now inspecting his work and the problems he has created is Financially draining. You have been warn if you value your house and your finances. Please DO NOT HIRE. He ain't worth the stress nor money, as I will be seeking legal advice! Ass**** Gary you piece of shit! My plumber has just checked the plumbing in the shower where you put putty to block up the previous shower head rather then capping the old head. He had to scrap the putty away so he could lock off all the pipes not required. This was found as you did not use aqualine in the shower and chose to use a knock off gibb that the builders don't even know what it is as the walls were not level for the shower to be tiled. You also connected the cold water tap to the laundry tub to the hot water tab instead of cold to cold, hot to hot. Plumber also picked this up as well as the ducks in the shower which should have been fully replace. Why claim you are a builder who has been in the trade for 20 years when you clearly do not know what the f*** your doing? You claimed to be able to do everything - floors, plumbing, titling etc but clearly nothing but a COWBOY! Why take on a job that you are no where qualified for? Feel free to return the $4100 that I paid you before the courts order payment! Also I would like my taps back that I DID NOT give you permission to take also the funds that you made from selling my previous sinks, taps, toilet and kitchen. I will add to this list as my trade people advise accordingly of the damage you have done to my house. I will send the carpet bill to you also.
