Subfloor timber, subfloor boards, and SPC flooring

Hi there, I have a 10 year old house that needs floor renovations. 1. Kitchen floor is rotten under the stone-top cabinets. Replace sub-floor under it. 2. Put additional joists to reduce floor vibration in living area and kitchen 2. Check if floor boards are OSB/Particle Board in the living area and kitchen, and if so, replace with to plywood 3. Put in moisture barrier layer 4. Install new SPC flooring with floor leveling
