pin hole leak from the bathroom vanity to the hall has been repaired but the gib has been removed and will need replacing and then plastered (possibly another trades person to do this). We removed the gib at the back of the vanity as it was wet and allowed it to dry. It is a tiled bathroom and we would prefer not to remove the vanity.
