General Maintenance Job in Papakura #2

1. Pantry door dragging on the floor. 2. Ranchslider in the dining room is hard to open/close and comes off its rollers. 3. Ranchslider top lock (patio lock) doesn't work. 4. Ensuite bathroom floor is uneven. Can you please investigate 5. A solution to worn carpet by ranchslider and into kitchen as owners don't want to replace carpet.
