Need to have old concrete stair removed (as it is cracking) and replaced with a wooden one. As you can see in the photo several others have already been similarly replaced. Measurements are 1000mm x ~287mm x ~45mm i.e. a one metre length of 12"x2" wood, which presumably needs to be H3 treated. The four bolts on the ones that have already been replaced are ~10mm in diameter and about 75-80mm long. I have no idea how easy it is to remove the old step, but I assume attaching the new one should be pretty easy once it's off. Ideally I'd like the job completed in one go, as that's the main ingress/egress from the house and we'd like to have it out of order for as short a time as possible.
