Manhole repair

The existing storm water inlet is with 400x200 mm grating and located about 300 mm below ground level . We need to have a concrete ring or bund around and another grating --- which should be ,say 100 mm below ground ground level. The new setup should be strong enough for the forklift to pass over- say 3 Ton.
