General repairs and maintenanc

Various repairs and maintenances are required as per below. I am looking to do a bulk job if possible. This is for a rental property. 1. Replace or repair the side door to the garage (this is not the main car garage door but the walk through side door). 2. Repair the cracked soffit near front door. 3. Light bulbs and or starts have gone out in the garage. Either replace light bulb or light starters. 4. There are a few weeds in the gutter on the garage which needs to be cleaned out. 5. Repair a faulty oven door as it is unable to close properly. 6. Repair or replace the leaky showerhead. 7. Repair the warped front gate. Please quote for each task possible. I have a Routine Condition Report from my Property Manager to provide as well.
