This is a weatherboard cedar house currently it’s been rental property and needed maintenance Some of the Timber cladding is dry and flaking nails are out needs replacement. Deck needs few timber replacement/ maintenance.

Pj builder were quick to respond and they were professional. We needed few replacements rotten Timber around the house inculcating replacement of few cladding. Our tenant send us the photos of workmanship and first pj builder have missed one of the area to replace the timber and after we contacted pj builder he was their on the following days to fix the complete the repairs. Base on photos of completion repairs send to us by our property management team , we are satisfied with pj builder.
