=== JOB POSTED BY BUILDESCRACK === Hi there, We're looking for a semi retired and capable couple (with trade experience) who would like their own large home and a few acres to care for and maintain. The home is in Papakura/Clevedon, Auckland and will have upward of 4 students to care for at any time. We're offering home and free living for the lucky pair. We need someone to drive the van, twice daily, dropping students off at the local pilot training school which is 6kms away. The home and property will need maintaining, as though it were your own so building skills or general handyman skills will be greatly appreciated. We need the students cereals and sandwich things put out for students before school and the cooking of the evening meal a couple of times a week. All your living costs will be covered as part of this position, including power, phone, internet, skye and rental costs enabling a far more comfortable semi retirement when free from the majority of your living costs.
