Extend a retaining wall and small deck

Apologies to the trades-people who have responded to the original paving-only job. Our requirement has changed and we will keep the old pavers but require a deck and a retaining wall, see photo 2. The deck between the house and the existing retaining wall is to be extended to cover the unpaved area, with steps down from the deck on the left and an extension to the existing retaining wall in parallel to the fence on the right side on the picture. Preference is given to a local (Manurewa / Weymouth) handyman who can also prepare and lay concrete pavers to fill the gap between the original pavers and the newly built deck.
