Job description
Need to scrape back of section flat and level so topsoil can be spread to seed grass, remove existing stumps on fence line (currently cut off at ground level). Removal of current scraped soiled and other rubbish from section.

Over ambitious quote & time frame for work that was carried out. Small complication unexpected which extended job time and cost. Not all work complete as per description on advert.

"Homeowner did not understand the scope of work unforseen in terms of cost and difficulty and keep adding extra works that did not seem much but very time consuming however refuse to pay proper cost therefore contractor left to cover most of the cost machinery and labour"
