Our patio\deck ceiling has fallen off due to heavy rain. Need your help to fix it up and re-position the outdoor sensor light. A section of the property fence (about 2.5 - 3 meters) is also falling down, so need fixing.

Extremely unreliable trade-person. Have agreed on all of what this person has suggested based on his expertise, but he failed to complete his work. First time fixing is done but then the ceiling is broken again. He admitted his unprofessional work and promised to come and fix up. But he never actually turned up again. I tried to message and ring him both, but he never answered. NOTE: please be aware of this trade-man if you are going to use him. First experience with BuildersCrack is disaster.

"I asked home owner if he wanted hardies opposed to jib, he said he would prefer jib dispute my advice to avoid jib in outdoor areas, once up and complete the roof above had multiple rust holes allowing the jib to get wet an fall from sofit.
I have offered to replace for free but give me some time It's only been a week since it happened I'm extremely busy, no phone calls just a text which I forgot to respond to.
I will fix it my word is my bond "
