Shower box is blocked and filled with water as water is not draining away. Gas stove needs looking at as one of the element is not working. Range hood lighting not working. Balcony fences and divider is not secure, needs news bolts. Bathroom fan is not working, is one of those 3 in one unit that comes with lights.One of the living room light not working. Garage tube holder needs replacing as is broken on the side. Garage workshop light tube missing one. Kitchen tap is leaking badly when in use, one of the pull out type tap. If a replacement needed, would want to replace with the same style which those pull-out tap. One of the wooden plank for the stairs at entrance needs replacement as it has lose it strength.
